*CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 8-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

*CrossFit Kids is meant to be FUN. Broad-Inclusive-General FUN. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, meaning prevention of childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.

*CrossFit 334 offers 2 classes, the (Upper Classmen) Class which can be programmed to meet your High-school & College Teens needs for specialized sports training and physical preparedness. There is also a Kids class, this is a class for (Under Classmen) Jr. High and younger. This class will focus more on keeping your child active and help them learn proper movement patterns.

Upper Classmen -

Monday - Thursday (9 AM – 10 AM) - $100/Month Starts in MAY when you can Start!

Under Classsmen/Kids -

(3:30PM – 4:15PM) - $80/Month

WE have a Summer Special every Year must be signed up for it by June 1st
