Just you and a Rower with a set program given to you by a coach each day!
(20 - 40 minutes)

We have Performance training times available. Your Welcome to come with a performance goal and work on the things you want to get better at!

You may purchase a training Program also or bring your own and join our facility to use the equipment!

Crossfit classes

 There's strength in numbers. True statement, especially in classes. 

 We offer classes from 5 AM til 6:30 PM. Chances are, there's one to fit your schedule perfectly.  Even better, they have motivated, not-afraid-to-sweat people who will inspire, encourage, and push you.
